Tracked 24 UK Delivery £3.99

Orders are posted within approximately 10-14 working days from order date due to the hand-made nature of the brand, alongside our current high demand. 

After posting date, your parcel will be with you in 1-2 working days.

International Tracked Delivery £16.99

Courier: Royal Mail.

Orders are posted within approximately 10-14 working days from order date due to hand-made nature of the brand, alongside our current high demand. After posting date, your parcel's journey will be available to track via the tracking link provided in your shipment email.

Please note that by placing your order you are agreeing to these shipping terms.

Due to any potential shipment delays the courier may face/ may there be delays in your parcel reaching you your tracking information will be available, as well as our guidance on the matter to ensure your parcel reaches you ASAP.

We have a duty to ship to the shipping address entered upon checkout, should this be entered incorrectly or if it is incomplete, this responsibility lies with the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, only alterations can be made.​​

EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

At B The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-made purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, our returns process follows the guidelines outlined below:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in exchange for store credit. To initiate the return process, simply notify us within this 14-day period via email (bthelabeluk@gmail.com) or via our online contact form, stating that you wish to return.

All store credit has no expiration date & can be spent at your own leisure/ convenience. 

 

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, no stains and with all original tags attached. 

 

Customers are responsible for return postage payment.

We will issue your store credit refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our HQ. 

 

If you think you may have received a faulty/ damaged item, you must inform our team via email on bthelabeluk@gmail.com. Please note that you must notify us about this before the item is worn. We will happily resolve this for you.
