We ship to the shipping address entered upon checkout, should this be entered incorrectly or if it is incomplete, this responsibility lies with the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed- only alterations can be made.
EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
NO REFUNDS due to being handmade.
Exchange policy is 7 days to send back a product for STORE CREDIT/ GIFT CARD ONLY.

Bikini bottoms & pants are unable to be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Custom Colour items are unable to be exchanged due to this being a custom order requested by the buyer.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If an item was to arrive containing a fault of any sort, we will fix this within 7 days of you receiving your product for a replacement of the original item after a quality control inspection is carried out.
Faulty items can only be replaced with the same item originally purchased, not in exchange for a new item on site.
